Status: methodology published; the comparable three-provider production workload has NOT been executed. No benchmark result or winner is claimed.

SDB-B01 is designed to compare DataForSEO, SE Ranking API and Mangools API without converting unlike proprietary metrics into a fake common score.

Fixed environment

United States, English and Desktop where the provider exposes those controls. Timestamps and sanitized raw evidence are retained. Missing, failed and limited calls remain in the evidence.

Fixed keyword workload

Measurements

Response state, coverage, missing-field rate, top-10 URL/domain overlap, rank disagreement for shared URLs, search-volume disagreement, runner latency and observable request cost.

Rules

Provider-specific metrics retain their provider labels. There is no aggregate winner score. A protocol change requires a new version or a new benchmark; it cannot be silently made after results are seen.
